Orders to non-continental U.S. addresses are shipped through USPS.
USPS Parcel Post often delays. We highly recommend Priority Mail for secure and fast delivery.

Create a shipping address for your account and select "US (NonContinental)" as a country.
Please enter your state (e.g. Hawaii or HI) in the Province field.
When checking out:
Choose USPS AK/HI/APO/FPO/US Territory or USPS Priority AK/HI/APO/FPO/US Territory as a shipping method.

Packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notice via email.
The USPS Delivery Confirmation provides tracking information; however, your package may not appear in their database until it nears its destination. Do not worry if the USPS website does not show your package status when attempting to track your order. If you received a shipping notification from Ichiban Kan, your package is on its way.
Once packages leave our warehouse, it is beyond our control. We are unable to re-route, hold, or intercept your packages.

We strive to offer lowest possible delivery fees. Our carriers charge us by the combination of weights and destination distances. Due to our low prices of items, weight does add up when you purchase many items. Our rates are designed to simply cover delivery charges and materials, and we do not intend to make any profits out of delivery fees. We periodically review our shipping rates and make adjustments if necessary.
We are not responsible for delivery problems resulting from wrong addresses entered by customers, delivery mistakes by USPS, adverse weather, and natural disasters.
